Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LittleWiz Studio ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of LittleWiz Studio (the "Service"), a web application that helps you create printable educational worksheets, covers, mockups, listings and marketing content. By buying, accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is a business and creative tool for adults — parents, teachers and sellers. It is not directed to children, and children must not create accounts.

2. Purchases, payments and access

  • The Service and its upgrades are sold as one-time purchases through our payment partner WarriorPlus, which processes payments by PayPal and/or Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars on each sales page before checkout. There are no hidden recurring charges unless a product page clearly says it is a subscription.
  • After payment, your login details are emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within minutes. Upgrades are activated on your existing account.
  • Your license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell access or give access to others unless you bought a product that expressly allows it (for example Agency or Reseller rights), and only within that product's limits.
  • Payment processors may apply their own terms. We never see or store your full card or PayPal details.

3. Your API key and AI providers

The Service connects to third-party AI models through your own OpenRouter API key. You are responsible for your OpenRouter account, its usage charges and its terms. Your key is stored encrypted and used only to run the requests you make inside the Service. AI providers can change models, prices and availability at any time; we are not responsible for their outages or charges.

4. Your content and commercial use

  • You own the worksheets, packs, covers, images and texts you create with the Service ("Your Content"), to the extent the law allows. You may use, print and sell Your Content (for example on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Amazon KDP or your own website).
  • Some output is generated by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, age-appropriateness and originality before you publish or sell it, and for following each marketplace's rules, including rules about disclosing AI-generated content.
  • You must not use the Service to create content that infringes trademarks or copyrights (for example famous cartoon characters or brand logos), or that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise harmful — especially in materials intended for children.
  • You give us a limited permission to store and process Your Content only to operate, secure and improve the Service for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software (except as a Reseller license allows); attempt to break, overload or bypass security; use the Service to send spam; collect personal data without a lawful basis; or use it in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Lead pages and email lists

If you use lead pages, subscriber lists, webhooks or email sequences, you are the owner ("controller") of the subscriber data you collect and must comply with the laws that apply to you, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR and similar rules: obtain consent where required, show who you are, honor unsubscribe requests and keep a privacy notice for your subscribers.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — software, design, templates, illustrations bundled with it, logos and documentation — belongs to LittleWiz Studio and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service.

Copyright complaints: if you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email info.fyvento@gmail.com with your contact details, the work, the location of the material and a statement of good-faith belief. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.

8. Refunds

9. No guarantees of results

We do not promise that you will earn any money or make any sales. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and updated, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, improve or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice by email where possible.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleWiz Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify LittleWiz Studio against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or illegal use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived. We will always try to solve any issue informally first — please contact us before opening a dispute.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
