This Privacy Policy explains how LittleWiz Studio ("we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our websites, buy LittleWiz Studio or use the Service. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and purchase data: name, email address, products purchased, transaction ID and date — received from WarriorPlus when you buy. Payment card or PayPal details are handled by WarriorPlus, PayPal or Stripe; we never receive or store them.
  • Data you enter: your password (stored as a secure hash), your OpenRouter API key (stored encrypted), brand settings, topics, word lists, projects, uploaded logos and generated files.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, login times and error logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies only — a session cookie to keep you logged in and a security (CSRF) token. We do not use advertising cookies inside the app.
  • Lead page subscribers: when a visitor signs up on a lead page created by one of our users, we store that visitor's name, email, IP address and sign-up date on behalf of that user (see section 6).

2. How we use information

  • To create and deliver your account, process upgrades and provide support.
  • To run the features you use (for example sending your prompts to the AI model you chose).
  • To send important service emails (login details, password resets, important changes). Marketing emails are sent only where allowed, and every one includes an unsubscribe option.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, improvement), your consent (where requested) and legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations:

  • WarriorPlus, PayPal and Stripe — payments, refunds and fraud prevention.
  • OpenRouter and the AI model providers you select — your prompts (topics, word lists, instructions) to generate content. Do not put sensitive personal data into prompts.
  • Our hosting and email delivery providers.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (some purchase records may be kept as required by law).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email info.fyvento@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Lead pages (data our users collect)

Lead pages are created and controlled by our users. For subscriber data, the user who owns the lead page is the data controller and we act as their processor. If you signed up on a lead page and want to unsubscribe or have your data deleted, contact the owner of that page; you may also email us and we will forward or help with your request.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Service is for adults. Although it creates worksheets for children, it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact info.fyvento@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted API keys, access controls and regular updates. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than yours, including Vietnam and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
